VDB METAL LTD. /named for short Administrator or Company hereafter/, operates its business in compliance with the Personal data protection act /PDPA/ and in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation /Regulation /ЕС/ 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 27, 2016 – GDPR/ concerning the protection of the individuals or natural person when their personal data is being processed or collected and with regards to the subsequent free transfer of the collected data.

IV. DEFINITIONS
“Personal Data“ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’ or ‘user’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
